Nozipho Sibanda

Nozipho manages the Finance, Admin and HR for Rack Centre. Her experience in mergers and acquisitions, external and internal audits and stakeholder management has played a key role in ensuring the success of the business since her joining. She was featured in the Data Economy “FINVEST50” Global Leaders in Data Centre Finance in 2019.

She joined Rack Centre from Dimension Data (a multinational providing ICT solutions and services), where she was the Finance Director for the West Africa business. Prior to that, she was a consultant with PwC Nigeria; tasked with transitioning clients from local General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Nozipho holds a BSc. in Chemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is a chartered accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). She trained with PwC in Cape Town, focusing on external audits for clients in the technology, media and entertainment industries.

Nozipho is the current Chairperson of the ICT Group, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and is a member of the Chamber’s Council. She also sits on board of the Business, Education, Services and Training Unit of the LCCI.
